We are a family of 3 living in a 6 bed room house. Our house has one entrance and two floors, each floor have 3 bed room and its own toilet and kitchen. My husband, my 7 year old daughter live upstair. We'd like to rent the whole floor downstair (3 bed rooms 1 living room 1 kitchen 1 toilet) to a friendly family with kids to nearby school. At the moment one of the bed room is equipped with study room. If needed we could put in one single bed. The house is located in a very beautiful area with Glendowie park, Churchill park, Roberta reserve and Crossfield park all within walking distance, 10 minutes walk to ocean. Glendowie school, Churchill park school, St Heliers school Glendowie college and sacred heart college are all closeby. The bus stop to the town center is 13 minutes walk away. We are a happy and friendly family, we love outdoor and travel. Looking forward to welcome nice family to live with us.
Our house is an old house in very good condition. It is furnished with fridge, wash machine, dishwasher, two queen bed, three wardrobe in the three bedroom. Heat-pump in living room and the panel heater in kitchen were installed as well. The kitchen and toilet was renovated recently. The kitchen and living room with sofa are both spacious. It is a cosy home.
International students families are warm welcome! Ready to just move in and live. If the rent is less than three months, it is $1000/week for three rooms including internet and utility cost. If the rent is over three month, it is $940/week.

About the Area
The house is located in a very beautiful area with Glendowie park, Churchill park, Roberta reserve and Crossfield park all within walking distance, 10 minutes walk to ocean. Glendowie school, Churchill park school, St Heliers school Glendowie college and sacred heart college are all closeby. The bus stop to the town center is right in front the house. There is diary and takeaway right around the corner.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
