Hello and Welcome to The Friendly Humble Homestay.
If you are looking for a homestay then you have found the right place. I am delighted that you stopped by. I am a great host and I have been hosting guests since 2012 with loads of experience and I would love to invite you to stay at our home and become part of our little family. Our home is fully insulated which will be warm in winter.
We are a small family with a 4 bedroom Homestay and live close to the Auckland CBD approx 15 minutes away. We are a very kind Christian family, humble, respectful, joyful, trustworthy and very honest people who love to sing, dance, have a laugh, watch movies and have loads of family fun.
We are close to many restaurants, fast food, Library, Sky Tower, Auckland City CBD, Swimming pools, Gym, Train station, Bus stop, University, and we are surrounded by great people, Great and Quiet street/neighbourhood, Beaches, Hospital, Doctors and more.
We enjoy learning about our guests country and sharing our country experiences too. We go to church every Wednesday night and church service on Sundays. You are welcome to use the kitchen, help yourself. If you need assistance please ask.
Fellow Guests: Please note that as a host I do require payment to be made in advance for your stay.

Jayne is a nice host with a lot of experience and compassion for a guest. She sometimes took me out with her family to enjoy local spots and good foods. She and her family are open to exchange cultural views and experiences.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
