Enjoy a delightfully stylish house located in Auckland - Central Onehunga Ellerslie
The house is full of natural light with a spacious living room and open plan kitchen where you can enjoy BBQ outside, stylish bar inside.
You will have your own private room and bathroom. Wi-fi internet is provided via a high-speed fiber broadband connection. There's a Smart TV with access to Netflix in the living room.
A air conditioner in living room keeps the space toasty warm in winter and cool in summer.

15 mins from Auckland Airport. Surrounded by shopping malls, (Dressmart, Sylvia Park), local markets, restaurants, public transport (bus and train), park (One Tree Hill). Whether you want to have a walk, a bike or take a bus, its central to iconic places in Auckland.
10 mins walking to Mt Smart Stadium
2-3 mins walking distance to various local restaurant such as Vietnam, Korea, Italy, Thailand, ....
You can also try to explore Onehunga Bay Reserve - 5 mins driving from the house

Free tea/coffee/milk is provided. The room is equiped with TV- attached to Chromecast. You will definitely enjoy the freedom and the vibe in the house.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am. We'd appreciate it if you could stick to these times.
If you'd like to request a late check-out, please contact us. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in .
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
There's one private parking spot in the front yard and you can park your car in a free spot on the street.

HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please respect the noise curfew.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
10. Please don't rearrange the furniture .
11. Please do your dishes .
12. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
13. Please take the trash out before you leave
HOW TO USE APPLIANCES
TV:
Chromecast is available for the TV in your room. You could either use the remote control for the Chromecast. Or you could connect your device to the TV by: on your device, opening Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime or other apps that are connectable to Chomecast, and select the Cast button and then select Tiny House TV.
Dishwasher:
Please leave us to work with the dishwasher.
LOCAL TRANSPORT INFORMATION
The house is located close to Ellerslie train station, local bus (bus 295, 298) and many attractions - for example, One Tree Hill, Cornwall Park, Sylvia Park, Ellerslie Village , Dressmart etc
For public transport, you can pay your fare by AT Hop card or purchase paper tickets before your trip.

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
