Home away from home.Prime location!! Bus stop just outside our gate that takes you straight into the city centre. Close to Auckland Airport, City Centre and to Eden Park. If coming to Auckland, check us out first. You would be pleasantly surprised and not disappointed with all the comforts. We do take in short term or a few days stay, no problem. This stand alone studio is self contained and separate from the main house.It has its own bathroom, kitchenette and own private patio facing the garden and very private.
Lots of shops around us, supermarket, shopping mall and great restaurants.
We do take in guests at short notice, if the studio is available.
We have really enjoyed having people from different parts of the world to stay, and have shared jokes and food and stories. So looking forward to the next lot of lovely people. You are most welcome.
Because we are within walking distance to the Supermarket, Mcdonalds, Subway, Burger Fuel and Chinese and other Asian restaurants, as well as the Irish pub,French bakery, Roast dinners etc.You will have no problem eating out.
When you are planning your trip, do book early, because it does get snapped up very quickly because of location.

Very close to Eden Park and supermarket round the corner. Bus stop just a few steps away, takes you straight into the city centre. Airport 10 minutes. Many Asian restaurants and shops on Dominion road, including The irish pub, french bakery, etc

Ich wurde von Rosemary sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Das Apartment hat alles, was ich für den Aufenthalt brauchte. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem, so gut habe ich noch nie geschlafen.
Rosemary hatte immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen und half mir, wo immer ich Hilfe brauchte.
Vielen Dank, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gern wieder.February 2025

The studio contained everything we needed for our stay. The bus stop to get to and from the city centre were outside the gate. A large supermarket and a nice cafe were 300 metres away.

We stayed a very relaxing four nights in the lovely cosy Garden House of Rosemary who welcomed us delightfully, was very helpful and accommodating. The Garden House has a comfortable bed, table and two chairs, enough closets to organize clothes and stuff, good warm shower and nice private terrace outside. A small kitchenette was perfect to make our own coffee and tea, as well as cooking a simple meal. All just perfect for us. Busstop to city center and airport is just in front of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay with Rosemary so it proves how much I appreciated this little independent home in the middle of the back garden. Shower, kitchen, comfortable bed, with also a private terrace, lots of light and surrounded by plants. Really cute. Rosemary is a very kind and helpful person who let you all the space if you need to or have conversation if wished. Thanks a lot and hope to come back again.

Rosemary is the most kind, professional and helpful host. She was always immediately available for assistance. The room cottage is simple but very cosy and spot clean with kitchen facilities, private shower and toilet and with also a little private terrace. I stayed there for 3 weeks and will return again after my tour of New Zealand. I really felt like home after the busy city life of Auckland. I look firward to go back.

Friendly, very caring and accommodating host. Place is tidy, neat, and centrally located with good access to shops, banks, bus to Auckland CBD and Onehunga. Good place to stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
