Prime location!! Straight and easy short run to the airport. We do take in local New Zealanders as well from all over New Zealand. if coming to Auckland, check us out first. You would be pleasantly surprised with the comfort we offer. We do take in short term or a few days stay, no problem. So central to the city centre. Bus stop just outside the gate.We have a stand alone studio which is self contained and separate from the main house. It has its own bathroom, kitchenette and own private deck.
We live in a 1920s bungalow next door. Lots of shops around us, supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants galore. We both love reading and travelling. I love gardening and enjoy the fruits of my labour.
We do take in guests at short notice, if the studio is available.
We have really enjoyed having people from different parts of the world to stay, and have shared jokes and food and stories. So looking forward to the next lot of lovely people. You are most welcome.
Because we are walking distance to supermarket, mcdonalds, subway, Burger king and Chinese and other Asian restaurants, you will have no problem eating out.
No loud music, as we also have very quiet neighbours.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rosemary and Victor’s. The separate cottage in their lovely backyard, full of veggies and fruit trees, was both comfortable and private. Rosemary went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a homestay host to make sure we had everything we needed, while at the same time respecting our privacy. We have already made plans to stay with her and Victor again when we return to Auckland next year. The location was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants, dairies and a grocery store all within a short walking distance. Getting into the CBD was an easy, short and inexpensive bus ride, with a bus stop directly in front of the property, We highly recommend staying with them in what we feel was the best homestay available in Auckland. You won’t find a separate, private place to stay at such an incredibly affordable rate.
Clean, tidy, self contained and quiet, surrounded by nice garden
Rosemary and Victor are awesome hosts very friendly, helpful, and the accommodation is private ,clean, and comfortable with beautiful views of the garden. My best stay in Auckland so far.
Loved the place and the ambience. The host is very welcoming. I am a lone person and they didn't disturb me. There's plants all over the place and a couple of cute cats. What's more to say ?
Very clean and tidy with very friendly hosts.
Awesome couple, so welcoming and friendly and the accommodation far exceeded my expectations. I will be back, great value for money
Rosemary and Victor are great hosts. Their home is very lovely and comfortable. Near from the city, it's a great place to stay in Auckland. Bus station in front of the house. 5mins walking from shops, fast-foods and restaurants.
Very nice hosts & great self contained accommodation. Not finished staying with them yet !!
Very easy to get to airport and city and very nice and friendly people
Victor and Rosemary made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to be helpful. We stayed in a comfortable room with own bathroom and kitchenette. Location is very convenient for the airport and it is easy to catch a bus into the city (important when wine tasting on Waiheke Island)
