Private room with own bathroom and Office
The Double 3.6 metres x 3.0 metres room. The room has plenty of storage for your stay with a built in double wardrobe and bedside tables/lights. There is also a wall mounted 32inch TV with Freeview, Sound bar with Sub and a Chromecast. The Oak double bed has a comfortable Memory Foam mattress which is pressure relieving and adapts to your body to provide comfortable support. The bathroom is next to the room ( i have drawn a floor plan in the pictures) and are predominantly for the guest room use so you have your own bathroom/toilet. There is drawer/cupboard storage in the vanity unit feel free to unpack your travel toiletries.
There is an outside covered in seating/Dining area with an 32 inch TV with Freeview, Chromecast, and a DVD player which is all ran through a 5.1 speaker system, which is also great to play your favourite music whilst relaxing. My home is smoke free but smoking is allowed outside. There is Super fast Fibre WIFI included with great coverage all through out the home. There are two Heat pumps and a DVS system which provides a warm dry healthy home.

Hi im James I moved to New Zealand 7 years ago from Cornwall UK, i loved it soo much I’m staying in this awesome beautiful country. I enjoy the outdoors mountain biking, hikes, Photography & scenery. Here i have listed my Air B and B Double room and shared Office, the travel market has slowed down so would like to find the right person who would enjoy a clean and tidy Spacious home from home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
