An inviting and cosy warm home for winter and summer.
High wooden ceilings, spacious kitchen, lounge and dining room. Amazing views of the Kaipara Harbor and rolling mountains for incredible sunrises and sunsets. Large deck for entertaining and barbecues in summer. Has a fireplace for winter. Parakai hot pools 18 minutes drive, lovely in Winter/summer and Waterfalls nearby at Omeru Reserve with pools to swim in or have a picnic. There are two toilets and one bathroom and house will have another bathroom installed. Has a single room and a double room with double beds in both and can accommodate for short or long term, 20 mins drive to Silverdale or 25 mins drive to Albany University Campus.

About the Area
Very close to waterfalls and picnic grounds, Helensville 15 minutes for shopping or 20 mins to Silverdale. Only 25 mins to Albany and north shore. Parakai has hot pools which is about 18 minutes drive away. I am located in easy reach for travelling in all directions 2 minutes to state highway 16 and 20 minutes state highway 1. In Kaukapakapa there is a bus stop and a few shops but you will need to have a car to drive here. Across the road is a cafe and garden centre with a 2km art trail.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
