This charming villa at 3 Victoria Avenue, Palmerston North, New Zealand has always had a glorious voice and still resonates with good character. After a discreet facelift and tightening of stays, she’s ready to meet scholars, entrepreneurs and opportunists with ambition to match her own.
Built in the mid 1920’s, she has housed professional and commercial businesses. Until recently, it was the place to go for Christmas and work parties, weddings and interactive theatre. The catering kitchen functions like clockwork, providing traditional and exotic fare. The owners have sought a quieter life, taking in paying guests. The contented continuous habitation of two extra homes on the property also brings a homely and happy ambience to the accommodation complex.

Off street secure parking is available for guest vehicles however considering the central location and the transport options facilitated by Palmerston North City, many guests forgo vehicle ownership.

Bus service to massey uni and the hospital cycles aprox every 15 mins and bus stops are across the road to link to Feilding

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
