Cómoda habitación en zona céntrica y residencial de Chiclayo Peru. Ubicación céntrica cerca a todo:centros comerciales, zona financiera, transporte, terminal terrestre y aeropuerto.
Cuenta con una cama plaza y media, clóset incorporado, ventana con vista exterior a la ciudad, baño privado con agua fría y caliente y wifi .
Contamos con un lindo y familiar patio exterior con jardines para descansar por las tardes.
Comfortable room in downtown and residential area of Chiclayo Peru. Central location close to everything: shopping centers, financial zone, transport, land terminal and airport.
It has a bed, built-in closet, window with exterior view of the city, private bathroom with hot and cold water and Internet wifi.
We have a nice and familiar outdoor patio with gardens to rest in the afternoon.

Bienvenidos! Esperamos huéspedes amables y respetuosos. El silencio en casa empieza a las 11 p.m.. Si desea fumar solo lo puede hacer en el amplio patio exterior al aire libre.
Las fiestas no están permitidas.
El huésped tiene acceso a las áreas comunes como cocina, sala. Esta prohibido ingresar a otras habitaciones del departamento.
Cada uno es responsable de dejar limpio menaje y utensilios, cuidar todo con diligencia y dejar todo ordenado en el mismo estado en el que lo encontró.
Welcome! We expect friendly and respectful guests. Silence at home starts at 11 p.m. If you want to smoke, you can only do so in the large outdoor outdoor patio.
Parties are not allowed.
The guest has access to common areas such as kitchen, living room. It is forbidden to enter other rooms of the apartment.
Each is responsible for leaving clean utensils and utensils, taking care of everything diligently and leaving everything tidy in the same state in which found it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
