Brizio, name of the house, offers you a three-story apartment with four rooms with two beds, all of them have a built-in wardrobe with lots of lighting and ventilation, you have the living room and the kitchen at your disposal, the place is very warm, hot, and comfortable. , you have internet available in all rooms, one room has a very large balcony with a beautiful view, and another room has a simple bathroom, the shared shower has hot water all day, always very clean, we are located in Mariscal Gamarra, a residential neighborhood with many green areas, this will allow you to rest peacefully without annoying noises, the green areas allow you to see many birds living nearby, the main avenue is two minutes away. About the Area
Our house is located north of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 3 kilometers from the center and only 15 minutes by car from the airport.
The bus stop is just a two-minute walk from the house and there are multiple bus lines at that stop, the fare is a sol to any destination within the city.

House Rules
-No games like guija or strange rituals, the house has energies of love, warmth and family
-Guests can have their kitchen supplies stored, just like other guests.
-You can bring friends home, meet and cook, but you cannot stay overnight, maximum 10 pm (prior coordination)
-you can toast at home, but don't drink too much
.No one can enter other rooms, if you want cleaning you can let us know.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
