I am a Peruvian woman born and raised in the Andes. My first language was Quechua; I now speak Spanish and English. I live in Cusco, the one time capital of the Inca Empire.
I design & sell tourist packages and experiences for the past year, I am also a half-time university student pursuing a degree in Psychology.
To foreign students and travelers, I offer my services and a bedroom in my comfortable, pleasant apartment in a quiet area of Cusco.
I have found that many travelers have an underlying purpose or goal to make the whole journey more enjoyable and memorable.
If this idea appeals to you I can enhance your Peru experience by teaching/speaking English to children at public school, going on walks we locals take to nearby mountains, visit local markets so that you experience cultural exchange and learn about the reality of daily life and ordinary people in Peru while you practice your Spanish at whatever level with friendly bi-lingual backup and help with shopping and bargaining and just getting around.

About the Area
my house is located in a private and quiet area. 3 kilometers from the Plaza de Armas and 30 minutes drive from the airport. the bus stop is half a block from the house, 5 minutes on foot you'll find banks, a supermarket, gyms, etc. inside the neighborhood you have a park, and a free space to walk, park your car or you can bike around. The area has 24-hour security personnel.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
