Hello, my name is Margot Arimborgo. I am renting a room in my apartment. It is well located, in San Borja District, Lima - Perú; it is a quiet, secure and clean District. The room is complete furnished, my guest will have access to the whole apartment; living room, kitchen, laundry (use of machine wash and dry). The room include TV 50", high speed internet, TV channels, Max, Netflix and Prime Video. It is at 01 block far from Supermarket and Commercial Center (Ripley, Starbucks, Coolbox, American and Peruvian fast food zone. Downstairs the apartment is located the Sport Center, with green field, pool, Gym, dance (all with low cost paid lessons). I live in the 8th floor, in a building of 18 floors, 02 elevators, beautiful view of the City and the Green Field Sports Center.

The apartment is 30 minutes far from the beach (Miraflores District), the most touristic place in Lima- Perú.
There is also at 10 minutes far an exclusive zone district called Chacarilla, which you can find highly recognized peruvian Restaurants.
The rent cost per day is US$ 25 ; 7 days per US$ 170 and 30 days US$ 650

About the Area
Hello my name is Margot Arimborgo. My flat is well located, in San Borja District, Lima - Perú; it is a quiet, secure and clean District. There is at 1 block far, a Supermarket, a Commercial Centre, where you can find stores like Ripley, Coolbox, Payless Shoes, Food Court (Pizza Hut, Burguer King, Chilis and also peruvian fast food). Near to Train Station (3 blocks), and regular public transportation too; there are near drugstores, banks, private Hospital, etc.
There are also at 10 minutes far a trendy exclusive zone in Chacarilla district with highly recommended Restaurants. You can order delivery from all kind of Restaurants.
For visitors who are interested in making a surgery, there are 03 of the most recognized Lima peruvian Clinics who have as Clients peruvian models, TV people and government figures; there is at 10 minutes far the apartment and there are,

Guests can point out there is a Lima high trend in surgery Plastic services and I thought it would be interesting to comment it. Of course you can notice the prices are much more lower than in Europe or USA, and if you need days to recover, I can provide the best host taking care. I have elementary studies in attendance patients and will be free of charge :)
There are 02 swiming pools "Aqualab" place, with an Olympic pool and small pool for swim with floor, you can get lessons 3 times per week for US$ 55 a month.
The apartment is near our beautiful BEACH, in Miraflores District; the most touristic place in Lima- Perú, at 15 minutes far from my apartment.

House Rules
There is no restrictions about the hours of entrance and out for the guest, well now for pandemic, our lockdown is since 11 p.m. up to 4 a.m.. The guests will feel free and comfortable. I will try to be the best host :) . I live alone and I am a host 24/7. About the smoke I just smoke ocassionally but I have no problem with the guest who likes to smoke.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
