We are a couple Mauhi (Female 32) and Kaleb (Male 37) who offer the 2nd room in our apartment so that tourists or couples can stay and enjoy the Lima experience that the Miraflores district offers.

We offer a spacious room with a comfortable double bed, a Smart TV that includes Netflix, Disney and Star+ and we have 100 mbps Wi-Fi so you can enjoy your stay with ease. Gas kitchen equipped with various appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.) and other household utensils that you can use.

The apartment is perfectly located on Av. 28 de Julio, just 4 blocks from Parque Kennedy, CC. Larcomar, Malecón La Reserva, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues, and with extensive public transportation perfect for exploring the rest of Lima.

House Rules

We request to be silent and discreet especially at night (22:00 7:00)
● It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment and neither on its balcony nor to consume drugs or narcotics of any kind.
● We do not accept pets.
● It is not allowed to hold parties or events or receive visitors.
● You must leave the dining room and kitchen as clean as you found them.
● They can make use of the washer and dryer for an additional cost.
● Please keep the order of things as well as everything as clean as possible.
● Be sure to lock all doors and windows when you go out.
● Remember NOT to leave the key inserted inside the door when leaving. In case this happens you must bear all the expenses that it causes.
● Make convenient, reasonable use and check every time you go out that nothing is on: kitchen, hot tub, appliances, etc.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
