We are one family of 3 persons (Mother, Father and 14 year old son), we live in a family condo in quiet area, we have 2 elevators, Enjoy the best excellent layout and natural lighting. It has finishes that bring warmth and modernity. The main feature is the large internal park, where tenants can enjoy nature and a space for recreation, plus a gym, wi fi in barbecue area, meeting room. Only 15 minutes from Jorge Chavez International Airport, 2 blocks from Metro supermarket and banks 5 minutes from Plaza San Miguel Shopping Center, 15 minutes from the beach. Includes breakfast and lunch. rent 2 bedrooms with bed, dresser / wardrobe and tv, common area within the department: storage, laundry, dining room, terrace and kitchen, common area outdoor use: adult area, Internet area, patio area, internal garden.We have security system: electric fence and security cameras.

The Avenue is a major connecting Lima to Callao. Two blocks to area banks, markets, restaurants and supermarkets. Two blocks from av. Faucett main connecting to the Jorge Chavez International Airport is 10 minutes, 5 minutes from Aventura Mall Bellavista and 5 minutes from Plaza San Miguel shopping mall. 15 minutes from the beach and Punta Cantolao.

House Rules
No smoking within departments or elevators, but there's a garden outside to smoke. Do not bring pets, home and experiencing a Schnawser dog. No parties, Reduce noise to a minimum after midnight, please. You're free to use the kitchen but clean when finished. Do not invite strangers home, if you invite a friend you can receive it in terrace area or adults living in common use, but please do you coordinate with me before. You can buy your snacks for breakfast, lunch, or break, and stored with your name. You can use the area of the gym all day. Take care and our home like yours.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
