My house is a duplex apartment that is within a building inhabited by five families, in a fairly quiet complex, has three bedrooms, a kitchen, three bathrooms and a roof. In the back there is a playground for sports that also has two tennis courts and the view is given from the bedrooms. The home atmosphere is very nice peace and quiet. We have a vehicle to mobilize them between 6:00 Am to 6:00 pm.

About the Area
Our Duplex is located 7 Km.'s City center and only 10 minutes to Playa de Buenos Aires. A 15 minute drive to the airport in Huanchaco. The bus stop and collective car is a 3 minutes walk. Our duplex is located in a pretty residential area counting on malls nearby as well as shopping and banking agencies.

House Rules
Smoking indoors is not allowed. There is an outdoor rooftop to do. Please keep our home safe and closes the front door always putting the safety bar to exit. Pets at home are not allowed. You're free to use the kitchen, but clean when finished. Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite a friend acuerdalo me before. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would with your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
