I'm a doctor living in the metro and I'll be your host. :)
My space is a cozy 3-room condo in a very good neighborhood with easy access to the usual creature comforts.
The space is most ideal for 2-3 guests, but can easily fit 5.
I won't be able to personally stay with you, but will assist you as much as i can and pop in for a visit now and then.
There are plenty of places nearby to eat, shop and relax.
If you find yourself in the metro, exploring Quezon City, or just needing a place to stay for a bit, I might have a place for you.
The condo borders Quezon City and Manila. It's near schools, hospitals, restaurants, malls, etc.
It has a total of 50sqm or 538 sqft. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 multi purpose room/ storage, living room, kitchenette and dining.
My space is also ideal for those traveling for internship or observership in one of the nearby hospitals and schools.
If you're looking for a place for long term stay, we can negotiate terms.

There are 4 elevators in the building and one exclusively services the top floors where the unit is located.
The lobby is inviting, a nice place to hang around. front desk is helpful. They can assist you with taxi service.
The building tenants are mostly students, small families, tourists, expats. The area continues to develop with lots of new businesses being set up, and new residences being developed.
Since I am working full time, I may be quite busy. But I'll do my best to make you feel welcome. If we have a slow day, we can go eat in the nearby restos, or I can show you around for leisure activities.
Within 3-5 minutes walking distance to supermarkets, hardware store, drug stores, restaurants and fast foods, coffee shops, internet cafe, spas and salons, laundromat. Also within walking vicinity of private schools and colleges, hospitals, churches and residential subdivisions (very good neighborhood).
Easy access to public transport. Most destinations are 1-2 jeepney rides away.
I can also offer rideshare if we're travelling the same direction.

Located right in the heart of the developing ever-developing metro. The unit is in the newly built Beijing Tower of Capital Tower Compound in E. Rodriguez Ave., Quezon City. Other tenants in the building include college students, yuppies, young families and other vacationers or balik-bayans.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
