I live with my family on top of a hill with a fantastic view over a Portuguese village well. I have 3 dogs collies who are very friendly and loving. Our house is 7 kilometers from the center of Lisbon. We have a very large kitchen and a separate dining room where you can meet lots of friends around a good dinner and a good Portuguese wine. We have plenty of space for children to play during the summer and the ground is full of flowers. There is a beautiful lighted outdoor terrace that overlooks the patio, perfect for barbeques during the ground-floor verão.No have a large common room, a huge kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are the bedrooms, each with bathroom and library

About the Area
Our house is situated in a small village near to Lisbon. Near there is a mill and has a magnificent view. It is excellent for those who want to rest, because only hear the birds and dogs barking in the distance. In this village you can find everything you need. There is a supermarket, a shopping center, a pharmacy, several cafes, hairdressers and Medical Center. Transport is efficient.

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not permitted and is essential to maintain the safe house, using the key that is given. Feel free to use the kitchen, but will have to be cleaned after utiizá it. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight Do not invite strangers into your home. If you want to invite friends, combine first with us. If you want to learn to cook we would be happy to teach you. Enjoy your stay and treat our case as his own!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
