I live in the village of Azinhaga. The most Portuguese village in Ribatejo. Land that saw the birth of José Saramago, Nobel Prize for Literature 1998 My village is 10 minutes drive from the village of Golegã, Capital Horse, home of the National Horse Fair, Expo Mare and where there is the Carlos Museum Grasses Heritage regarded worldwide. Lane Ribatejo dista 30 minutes drive from Santarém, the Gothic capital, where in addition to a rich heritage material there is a vast Intangible Heritage of uses Habits and Customs. We are also just minutes from the Natural Reserve of Boquilobo. The village is very well organized and equipped. We provide the foundation José Saramago, library, outdoor swimming pools surrounded by a beautiful lawn, tennis court, sports hall INATEL, health center, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. My village is surrounded by the most beautiful and productive Lezírias Ribatejan.Try our range of cultural activities specially planned with you in mind. Our project aims to be a praxis focused on rescuing and safeguarding the heritage of our region. Our whole dynamic has a professional with training in social education and community development. Activities animation: -Rotas Cultural Routes of Ribatejo (Horse, Bull, Wine); Route Chapels Azinhaga; Route Avieira (fishermen). - Workshops / Workshops Vivas Traditional Knowledge of our Gentes Traditional gastronomy; Bread; Fresh cheeses; Jams and sweets; Networks and Artisanal Fisheries; Rural Horticulture knowledge; Beekeeping; Fruit farming (planting, pruning and grafting. About the Area
our house is located in the villa quarter in a quiet and safe area, called high montijos neighborhood. It is famous for its cultural tradition which is held every four years on the fourth party Bodo (feast of the holy spirit). we are 60 minutes drive from Lisbon and the airport, 5 minutes drive from the train station. And five minutes walk from where you catch the bus. exists near cafes, supermarket, restaurant, church, swimming pool, tennis court, church, library and pharmacy José Saramago Foundation. Access to neighboring locations is easy.

House Rules
Smoking in the indoor area of the house is not allowed. Be careful to keep the house safe with the door closed on the lock when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Do not invite strangers to come into our home. Enjoy your stay and treat our home as well.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
