Somos 3 pessoas, mãe, 2 filhas e 3 gatos (2 machos e 1 fêmea). A Casa tem uma sala simpática, com duas janelas, muita luz e boa vista, onde fazemos as refeições e convivemos. Junta da sala encontra-se a cozinha, com janela , sobre o comprido, mas pequena, com os eletrodomésticos necessários. Tem um corredor que dá para os 3 quartos e 2 casas de banho. O quarto disponível esta virado a nascente e para o Páteo do prédio, não é grande, mas é tranquilo e mais quente. Junto deste quarto existe uma casa de banho pequena com poliban. A Zona onde a casa se encontra, em Telheiras e muito perto do Paço do Lumiar, é tranquila, tem espaços verdes, e o museu do traje e do teatro a 10 minutos a pé. Tem autocarros praticamente à porta e o metro a 20 minutos a pé. Muito perto, tem o pingo doce e as famosas bicicletas GIra.

About the Area
Our house is located in a safe and calm zone. Near the house, we have many greenspaces, where you either can walk, do exercise or even relax. There is a big supermarket one street above, such as a great pizzeria called Kasa Mia. The metro is a 20 minute walk away from the house, but you always can take a bus that will take you 5 minutes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
