This family villa his split in 2 floors.
In the top floor - Suite with private bathroom and air conditioner.
In the ground floor - Common area: living and dinning room. These area communicates with the front garden, which gives you direct access to the swimming pool and to the chill out patio in the rear.
A full equipped kitchen, a toilet and air conditioner are also at your disposal in the ground floor.
Private room with bathroom, TV, air conditioner and wi-fi acess (double bed plus sofa bed).
Guests will share the kitchen, living and dinning area, and the swimming pool with the owners.
Simply the best place to stay! Enjoy the city of light and the seven hills in a unique place with lots of character.

Our mother tongue is Portuguese but we all speak English and some Spanish.

About the Area
The house is located in the Alvalade zone, a residential area from the 50's and well known for its traditional food market, patisseries and restaurants.
A safe and quiet location with excellent access to public transport and close to Lisbon airport (5 minutes driving distance). Bus stops, train and tube stations (Alvalade & Roma) are within 10 minutes walking distance from the house and take you directly to the historical and tourist part in only 15 minutes.
The house with all the available amenities is the best place to start your day in Lisbon and the right place to relax at the end of the day.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The guests are free to use the kitchen and all the common areas but please keep everything clean as it was.
During the school period we ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
Please keep our home secure and lock the doors and windows when leaving the house.
Smoking is allowed outside.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
