I have a spacious and bright double bedroom with a double bed, desk and lots of storage space!
There is a really nice bathroom, use of the kitchen, a big living room to relax in with a hifi and internet access. There is also an iron and ironing board if you need it!
Its a second floor flat in a really nice location, about a 5 minute walk to the main road where buses stop regularly or a 20 minute walk to the centre of town.
There are lots of supermarkets near by and good places to eat brunch.
I have lived in Edinburgh all my life and studied here as well so can recommend good places to go out for dinner or drinks.
I like travelling and meeting people from different cultures so would love to have guests from accross the world to stay.
I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I work freelance and in a permenant job so I am home a few day a week and my shift pattern changes but I will be in most evenings during the week.

About the Area
The flat is in a really good location with student halls nearby. You can walk pretty much anywhere you need to go but there are buses which stop at the end of the road very frequently. It is a quiet street.
There are lots of small and large supermarkets in the area as well as specialist food supermarkets stocking asian or polish speciality foods.
There are lots of cafes at the end of the street too. After about a 10 minute walk you will start to find trendy bars, a cinema complex and shopping centre.
The train station and bus station are not too far away either.
Its a short walk to the Royal Botanic Gardens or in the opposite direction you will find two of Edinburgh's famous seven hills.
The best thing about the flat is that you can see the castle from the back of the house meaning you get some great views by day and night.
