Room's are available on both level 1 and level 3, please contact us for booking. We are a small family (a couple with helper, kid is studying overseas ). We speak English and Chinese. We love to get to know new people and enjoy interaction with people from different background. We have a big and very new house, the rooms for homestay are on level one and level 3, with access to toilet shower room. Welcome longer stay.

About the Area
Located in the east coast area, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach at eastcost park. There are a lot of shopping centers within 10 minutes drive and grocery stores nearby (less than 10 minutes walk), a lot of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. There is a bus stop next to the house, and it only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to a nearby Subway station, very convenient for commuting between city center and our place

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Some do's and don'ts:
1. Please do leave the bathroom (bathtub/toilet!) in a messy condition. Remove hair etc.. Clean up after using it. The same goes for your room. Make sure it is kept clean and tidy.
2.Do not stick anything to the walls. If you wish to hang anything, please let us know.
3.Breakfast is included in the homestay option. Additional food and beverages are not provided by the family and are thus a matter you are expected to take care of yourself.
4. You can be given some room in the refrigerator etc. Please discuss these matters with your host.
5. Internet: Please do note the following: computer equipment and/or W-LAN access at your homestay must not be used in any way that infringes on state/federal/international laws regarding libel or
copyright. In sum: any illegal internet activity at your host-family’s home is thus explicitly and fully prohibited.
6. You may be allowed to use the laundry machine on your own or the family will do the laundry for you. Again: think of the energy costs, so coordinate your laundry needs with your hosts.
7. Inviting friends/relatives and staying longer: Inviting friends/relatives over for a visit is always possible, of course, as long as the matter is properly communicated and cleared with your hosts.
case anyone stays with you overnight, please note that this would be subject to prior approval by your hosts and that you are expected to pay a compensation of 20 SGD per overnight stay (incl. meals such as
breakfast). If you wish to stay a few days longer, clear this with your hosts first and expect to pay 60 SGD per extra day (incl. meals).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
