About the Homestay
We would love to welcome you to our home in Hougang. We enjoy travel and socialising and have 2 common rooms to rent. Facilities are Closet / Wardrobe, Air Conditioning, Desk and Lamp, TV, and Mirror. Unlimited 500mbps wifi provided.
Raquel is 34. She speaks Chinese, English, German, and Malay and enjoys sports, cooking, reading, learning foreign languages, travel, nature, and fashion design.
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Rachel offers qualified language instruction in her native language English. One hour of instruction costs 30.00 USD. The classes will be given by the host himself at the accommodation.

AMENITIES: e living room is huge & spacious & u r free to share it! Relax in a comfy corner by e window (Love e view!) facing the canal, along which you may like to go for a leisurely stroll or an evening jog. Track nearby. :)
LOCATION: Less thn 10mins by foot to Hougang mrt/Bus Interchange/Hougang mall. Shops & eateries r just in e adjacent block. Very convenient for days u dun cook!
BUSES: 151/151e direct into NUS/Ngee Ann Poly/SIM; 87/62 BUGIS, CITYHALL vicinity; 53 to Bishan J8/ directly into Changi Airport. Less than 10mins walk to SIC Hougang.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
