About the Homestay
Constantia is an affluent suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. It is about 15 kilometres from the centre of Cape Town. It is one of the most prestigious suburbs in South Africa and boasts an incredible selection of award-winning winemaking farms that are on our doorstep.
We are a friendly and welcoming family of 4 who absolutely adore everything Cape Town has to offer. We have 4 very loyal doggos who run the household ;).

Daughters: Camryn (23yrs old) and Aerin (17yrs old)
We have one spare, beautifully furnished room which includes the following cupboard space, mini fridge, toaster, desk, working wifi and a comfortable bed.
Our house has an amazing view of the Constantia wine valley.
Our bookings are non-refundable (please see house rules for more details here) and we encourage full amount to be paid upon booking reservation.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold their room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

Our house is located in the southern suburbs in a safe and quiet suburb called Constantia. We are near the wine vineyards and have an incredible view of the valleys. We are near a shopping centre and a gym as well as.

Cancellation Policy: We have a zero refund cancellation policy.
• Please make sure that the front door and gate is always locked.
• No pets are allowed unless prior arrangement.
• If anything is broken/stained, it is for the guests expense to replace/clean/repair.
• Please inform your host of any breakage/stain.
• Loss or injury arising from fixtures/contents of the house is to the risk of the guest.
• No litter in the garden/outside area.
• No pillows/cushions/blankets/towels that belong to the house are to be used outside on the lawn.
• Guests are welcome to use the garden and pool at their own risk.
• If feet are dirty from being in the garden, please wipe and clean them on the floor mats before entering the suite again.
• Any damage or loss to the guest’s vehicle during their stay is at their own expense.

Ce fut une superbe expérience au sein de cette merveilleuse famille. Ils m’ont réservé un accueil merveilleux et m’ont fait découvrir les coins subliment que réserve Cape Town. La maison est magnifique, la chambre était très bien ainsi que le reste de la maison. Il y a une vue magnifique du balcon sur la mer et la montagne. Je recommande fortement, vous passerai un excellent séjour.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
