In the HEART of Cape Town and bordering Table Mountain we are located on a large residential property high up on the slopes of Cape Town's spectacular Table Mountain. Close to city centre and all amenities (walking distance and ON bus route)
Flat Watsonia is out latest addition to the 3 level Property and on the Ground and Garden level (nice and Private but not ISOLATED as if lost on an island :-) )
This Garden Cottage is in Devils Peak / Vredehoek: a trendy upcoming area with a great vibe for the independent traveller, who wants stylish luxury and to be left to "do their own thing". Just like at home!
The newly renovated apartment is the perfect holiday getaway spot. CLOSE TO ALL THE GOOD THINGS - CITY CENTRE , TABLE MOUNTAIN , V AND A WATERFRONT AND THE BEACH .
The house is TRULY owned by Toddy and Tyson (7 year old and 2 year old) Golden Cocker Spaniel and Black Springer Spaniel. : We love people, we like to say hello, we might leave a toy at your feet and expect nothing less than you bending down to pick it up and throw it at us. We have fantastic parks walking distance (hint hint) - we love hiking up the mountain, enjoying the breathtaking views over the City and and Harbour - enjoying the fresh smells of Fynbos and other indigenous plants up on One of the Seven WONDERS of the WORLD.
Living in Toddy and Tyson's house is Me, my partner Chris and our house mate Gerhard. One big happy family indeed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
