The two cottages are semi detached, with their own entrances. Both overlook a fruit orchard. In summer, it's lushously green and winter the trees go into sleep mode and mid winter I have them pruned.

House Rules
• Fees are payable in advance. Preferably 5 days for monies to reflect in South African Bank Account.
• A R500 breakage deposit required on day of booking (a form of insurance that covers Amy damages, losses, broken or missing or extra cleaning costs occurred during the guests stay.) This breakage depositwill be returnedsoon as we complete the itinerarycheck on your departure.
• Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Smoking in rooms is strictly forbidden and you will be held liable for damages if you smoke in the room. However, should the need arise, sowing outside in the garden making use of the sand pot found just outside of the garden cottage can be used for smoking purposes.
• Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
• Please leave the place as you found it, clean up after yourself.
• No pets allowed.
• Please do not bring strangers into our property/home.
• Please keep quiet after 10pm. We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to nature that.
• Only residing guests are allowed to sleep over. Unbooked guests may be asked to leave at the owner's discretion. A penalty of 100% of the overnight fee will be charged if this is ignored.
• Guests must refrain from having visitors between 9pm and 8am.
• No more than 2 visitors at a time.
• Guests must behave in a manner conducive to the safety, peace and comfort of other guests. Making loud noises is absolutely not acceptable. The manager reserves the right to evict anyone misbehaving with immediate effect.
• Heaters, fans, televisions and lights should be switched off if the room is not occupied, and at night.
• Use of electrical appliances other than those supplied in the room is subject to permission being obtained from the manager/ owner of property
• Arrival time: Any time from 12 pm.and before 6pm. Please do advise an approximate time.
• Departure time: no later than 10am.
• Please remember to hand in keys on departure. Failure to do so will result in a replacement cost penalty.
• Please note that cleaning and gardening staff will not accept instructions from guests. Please contact the person on duty for assistance.
• The owner/management is not liable for any damages, theft or injury.
• Parking for vehicles is supplied and is at your own risk.
• It is absolitely imperative to make sure that gates are closed after entering or leaving the premises.
•Once again, the owners and staff welcome you our guest/s, we do hope you enjoy your stay with us, however long that may be.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
