Welcome to Elle's family homestay, nestled in the peaceful and cozy town of Paju. Our villa is beautifully designed with a duplex structure and features two terraces that bask in sunlight. The spacious living area and kitchen on the lower floor are where my mother, daughter, and I spend our time. Upstairs, there is a room for my son, and one private room available for guests, complete with an additional kitchenette. The shared living space is equipped with a beam projector, ideal for enjoying Netflix and YouTube. You can enjoy traditional Korean home-cooked meals with our family in the main kitchen on the ground floor for breakfast and dinner. The upstairs kitchenette allows you to prepare your own meals, and we're happy to assist with food delivery if desired. Just outside our home, you'll find a variety of gourmet restaurants, including a Spanish restaurant run by a Spanish owner, an Italian eatery by an Italian owner, and a Jeju Island food restaurant, among others. The Yadang station area is also home to a wide array of dining options. Experience the authentic Korean cuisine carefully prepared by my mother for a healthy living. Our location is conveniently a mere 5-minute walk from the subway station to Hongdae, allowing you to explore the rich local culture filled with diverse dining and entertainment options.

House Rules
Dishes & Recycling: Please wash any dishes you use before checking out. Recyclables should be separated and disposed of in the recycling bins next to the cafe on the first floor. Food waste and regular trash can be thrown away in the designated bins on the first floor.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and on the terraces.
Barbecue on Terrace: If you wish to have a barbecue on the terrace, please inform us in advance. Note that this will incur an additional charge.
Care for Property: Please handle all interior decorations and items with care. Charges may be applied for significant damage or staining.
Quiet Hours: For the comfort of the guests downstairs and our neighbors, please move indoors after 10 PM and keep noise to a minimum late at night.
Parking & Security: There is CCTV installed for security purposes and to monitor the parking area. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and admission of such guests may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
Check-Out Time: Please adhere strictly to the check-out time to ensure cleaning can be completed for the next guests.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
