The place is located nearby Jongro-Gu, where you can easily access to touristy spots such as, Samchung-Dong, Buam-Dong and Gyungbokgung Palace, and you can also use public transportation (Metro & Bus) that takes you to Central and Gang-Nam area conveniently!
The place is owned by my family and there are three floors in the building.
You will live on 2nd floor with me, if you are invited as a guest.
My parents live on 3rd floor and they speak Korean only, so it could be a challenge for you but wortwhile to improve your Korean skills!! :^)
I've hosted a number of international students before and it always has been a great experience for me personally and for my family as well. I still keep in touch with ex-guests and meet them whenever I make trips to their countries.
I'm doing Finance job for living as a full timer, so I come home in the evening. But my parents stay home most time of the day, so you can spend time with my nice and lovely parents!! Once again, my parent live different floor, so you can spend your quite time by yourself, if you'd like to do.
Last but not least, there is another unmentioned family namely "Woooooodie" and he is about 4 or 5 year old dog. He lives in the garden. So you don't have to worry about the things, if you are allergic to the dog :^)

About the Area
The area is covered by mountain, but please don't get me wrong. You don't have to climb all the way up the mountain to find the home! You can access to the place in 2 min. by walk from main street. There is also a bus stop in 3 min. walking distance and metro (Bulgwang ST./ Line No. 3 and 6) within 5~10 min.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
