The perfect home away from home. Newly renovated apartment in the city centre where you can walk to everywhere.
Enjoy the city of Alicante and feel like you are at home.
You have a bright double room with a double bed and plenty of storage space.
The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment away from the plaza and street so it is quieter and has double glazed window and shutter. The room is perfect for holiday makers or international students.
2 bedside trolleys, hanging space with coat hangers and storage shelf with cubes.
You will have high speed internet access during your stay. If you need a desk area in your room I can arrange that for you, alternatively you can use the designated work space in the loungeroom or in the large kitchen area.

You will have access to your own dedicated bathroom during your stay. You may also use the lounge room to sit back and relax and watch TV if you choose to.
You may also use the kitchen to prepare any meals you need during your stay. All areas must be left exactly as you found them, simple courtesy. Thank you.
I am generally in and out of the house and can accommodate flexible arrival times. Will happily help out with any questions you have regarding the city and recommend places to go and visit.
The apartment is located in the Mercado area of Alicante city. The entrance is from a pedestrian access only street/plaza. It is located on the 4th floor (lift available) and the lounge area has great open district and castle views.

Walking is my favourite mode of transport in Alicante and the apartment is perfectly located with everything minutes walk away.
The central market, department stores, the beach, the port, the old part of town perfect for tapas and copas.
The tram station is only just a few minutes walk away and you can visit other nearby beaches such as Playa San Juan, Campello or even head out to Benidorm for the day.
I only ask that you treat my home with the care and respect that you would treat your own home.

The apartment is located in the Mercado area and is walking distance to everywhere.
There is also a Tram station nearby should you wish to visit some of the other local beaches or visit Benidorm.

Please note that I only accept a minimum of 2 night bookings.
For bookings of 14 days or more you will need to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking via paypal. If you cancel your booking with less than 21 days notice this will not be refunded. Full refund will be give for cancellations with more than 21 days notice.
Payment must be made via paypal or cash on arrival.

Montse was a good host in every way. She took the time to give me a tour on my first day showing me the sights of Alicante. As a host she deserves five stars but the only complaint was that I could hear the neighbours late at night.
I'd highly recommend staying at this Homestay. The location was good, close to public transport, shops and cafes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
