Two rooms are rented in the apartment. All included (electricity, water, gas). The Apartment has everything you need: water heater, heater, TV, Wi - Fi, Washing machine, Microwave, fridge, air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Shared rooms: living room with balcony and air conditioning, kitchen (has everything you need to cook), bathroom.
The owner lives in the Apartment, for all questions you can contact him directly.
Virgen del Remedio neighborhood, where a mixed contingent lives and an area with low secondary housing. The house without Elevator is located on a busy street with a causeway, which makes it noisy and crowded. But the Apartment has double glazed windows that are soundproof. Close to a convenient location: bus stops with several bus lines that go to the city center and a tram that goes to the center and to the University, which is very convenient for students.The chain of stores is also within walking distance: Consum, Lidl, Dia-5 minutes, Mercadona-10 minutes on foot. Near the house is the picturesque Lo Morant park, where you can have a good time with the family or exercise. Near the house there is a large free parking and a police station. You can park the car and close to the house.

About the Area
Our house is from the city center (10-15 minutes by transport), but there is a very convenient location: bus stops within walking distance with several bus lines. There is a metro line that leads to the center and the University. The airport is 30 minutes away by car. To the beach of the city of Playa del Postiguet 15 minutes by bus, on foot 30-40 minutes. Within walking distance of the network of shops (Lidl, Dia, Consum, Mercadona), bars, restaurants. Nearby is the picturesque Parque lo Morant, where you can have a good time with the family or play sports. Near the house there is a large free parking and a police station. You can park the car and close to the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
