Hi, I'm Mercedes live alone in my house located in a new area with all kinds of facilities (shopping centers, pharmacies, gym, parks, cafes, restaurants, burger, bus and tram 5/8 minutes will access the city center and beach and university. It is a very bright and friendly house,

About the Area
the location is in an area that is a major artery but maintains its soundproofing thanks to the double glazed windows, we see in front of the castle of Santa Barbara and from the guest room a little sea. It is 3 kms. the city center and beach and 5 minutes from the bus and tram entering the center and other nearby beaches and the University

I really enjoyed my stay in Alicante with Mercedes.
Great location, very nice, spacious and clean room.
The apartment is located very well: bus stop is practically across the street and the tram is only 10 minutes away on foot. So just in 20 minutes you can be in center, in the university o by seaside
Place is perfect for what I needed, which was a course in the University of Alicante and my online job.
The room itself was great, nice bed, ample wardrobe space, big desk, very comfortable chair, and excellent Wi-Fi connection
Mercedes was an incredibly helpful host,
made my stay really cozy and comfortable, we passed a lot of evenings speaking about everything so I could practice my Spanish every day. Mercedes has also a lovely dog, it helped me a lot in my working routine laying on my knees))
So I strongly recommend this opportunity to stay at Alicante and enjoy the city.February 2018

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
