Single room very cosy, with wood furniture, private toilet (with no shower, you will use the one in the main bathroom) and Internet wifi available. The house is big and bright, it's a 2nd floor without lift. The building has few neighbours and it's quiet.
The flat is located in El Pla, a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walking from the beach and the city centre. There is a mall near the flat and a lot of buses and a Tram stop. There are supermarkets, shops, bars, banks, etc. nearby. In addition, the MARQ (archeological museum) is in front of the flat and Santa Barbara castle is very close too.
You can use the living room whenever you want, there is air conditioning and internet connection. Breakfast is included, and you can use the kitchen whenever you want, too. If you want to add meals to your stay, tell us and we will arrange something for an extra fee.
We are a university student and her mother. We don't have pets, don't smoke and we spend a lot of time out of home. We can help you with any doubt you have about what to visit, where to eat, etc. You are not going to find any better place or people to stay with! (I will love to be your tourist guide, or at least to advice you about the city!). I speak Spanish, English and French.

About the Area
The flat is located in "El Plà", a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes walking from the beach and the city centre. There is a mall near the flat and a lot of buses and a Tram stop. There are supermarkets, shops, bars, banks, etc. nearby. In addition, the MARQ (archeological museum) is in front of the flat and Santa Barbara castle is very close too.
"El Plà" is a typical neighbourhood in Alicante, full of life and people. It's quite at night but has plenty of activity during the day. You can have an ice-cream, luch or dinner or buy anything you need. There's a street market every Thursday and Saturday.
You can go to the beach or to the city centre on foot, but it is possible to take the bus or Tram, too. The Tram takes you to most villages in the coast of Alicante and to the University as well.
In case you have no idea about Alicante, it is a sunny city, full of light, tourists and things to do. You will not get bored when you come. I would recommend to go to the beach, to Santa Barbara's castle, to the old town and to the Explanada.

House Rules
You can't smoke at home, although you can go to the balcony, and we don't accept pets. Nothing else to say, just be friendly and respectful :)

Alejandra and her mother Lola were both so lovely - incredibly friendly and kind people. Lola was more than willing to tell me about the city and the best places to go...the location was great, not directly in the city center but a short walk away, in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, private room, with wonderful company!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
