Hello, we are a traditional family formed by a marriage and three children, the boys are 17 and 16 years old and the girl is 12 years old. We live in a large villa-paired house, which has a garden and is within an urbanization with sports court, paddle tennis court, and swimming pool and green areas. We have a large room for our guest. Close to bus and train stop. 10 minutes walk from the town and the schools and institutes. 35-45 minutes from Madrid capital.
One of my children, the last year has been living with an Irish family and he came enchanted. We have always wanted to share and live with a foreign boy because we believe that the experience will be very positive for both my children and our future guest. The treatment you receive will be like one more child.

About the Area
Our home, is next to a bus stop 3 minutes and train 15 minutes walk. With these means of transport you can be in Madrid capital in 35 minutes and at the airport in one hour. We are close to shopping centers, which can be reached on foot and other leisure areas.
We live enclavados in the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, where you can enjoy the fauna and flora of it. There are several paths and signposted paths to cross it, that we usually go by bike or walk to visit them.

Meals

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
