Very comfortable room with large window, very quiet, has 1 bed, 1 desk, closet for clothes, desk chair, bedside table, sheets, pillows and bedspread.
For tourism, I will provide you with a map made by me, so that you know all of the main places in Barcelona in less time.
Not to study, nor to telework.
Very good Wi-Fi connection
Kitchen, only for microwave use to heat food, you have your own place both in the fridge and in the cupboard to store them.
Two bathrooms, one with shower.
Check-in from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out at 10 a.m.
You can leave your suitcases and keys, the day you leave the room, until 4 pm maximum, to continue walking around Barcelona if you prefer.

In my apartment there is a lot of silence, order and cleanliness.
There is freedom in schedules
To smoke, you have a bench with a roof at the exit of the building, since it is not allowed inside the house
visitors are not allowed
There are no pets in the house
You cannot telework at home, nor study at home all day
The rest is applying education for a good coexistence

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
