We are a French family recently moved to Barcelona in an authentic neighborhood of Barceloneta. We have 2 children aged 9 and 5 years. We are old Parisian. And we decided to move to Barcelona for professional reasons but also for the living. We are fortunate to have a 60m2 apartment in the heart of Barcelona and especially a few minutes from the beach. Many bars, restaurants and nightclubs nearby. This area is very lively. Public transport is nearby (Metro L4). We live near the Ciutadella Park and the Olympic port and for the brave, you are 15 minutes of feet Gotico, Raval and El Born. We are happy to receive you in our cocoon, to exchange and we make it available if you wish.

About the Area
Our home is located in Barceloneta, near the beach (5 minutes walk). Many bars, restaurants and nightclubs nearby. Authentque a lively neighborhood. A few minutes from the Olympic port and the Ciutadella park. Nearby public transport (bus in front of the building and metro L4)

We ask (after paying the 15% deposit to Homestay.com) to be paid 50% of the booking amount in advance.
Please note that we ask our guests to inform us of any cancellations at least 10 days before arrival. Cancellations we receive later than 10 days before the start of the booking will not be refunded.
By species:
We ask our guests (after paying the 15% deposit to Homestay) inform us of any cancellation (10 days before the start of stay). Option to pay 50% of the booking amount in advance by bank transfer and the remaining amount in cash upon arrival. Or pay the entire stay in cash upon arrival in places.
Concerning hours of arrival and departure, you can arranged the room from 14h and departure time before 12am.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
