Double room with a big balcony in a large apartment.
The apartment is laid out over 2 floors + rooftop terrace. First floor: Entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom. Second floor, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom/shower. On the third floor is the private rooftop terrace.
The room has a double bed and its own balcony with a table and chairs.
Well-equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom. The area has lots of nice restaurants and good shopping.
Guests are free to use all the shared areas at any time. We want our guest to feel at home, so if you want to cook in the kitchen, or have a bbq on the terrace, go right ahead ;)
Fabra I Puig is a calm neighbourhood but close to the centre. The main street "Rambla Fabra I Puig" has many nice restaurants and bars, and is also a good shopping street.
The apartment is walking distance to the blue, yellow and the red line that takes you to Placa Universitat/ Placa de Cataluna & Eixample in around 10 min.
There is also a bus line next to the apartment that takes you to the beach and the big shopping mall "Diagonal Mar".
Me and my husband have been living in Barcelona since 2017. Loving the sun, sea and live over here!
We are Swedish-Colombian.

About the Area
The apartment is located in Fabra I Puig. A catalan area, but close to the centre. Placa Cataluna is about 8 min away on the metro. The area has some great shopping and many nice bars and restaurants.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
