Beautiful, quiet, architectual house near the Sagrada Familia and the Estrella Damm beer factory. Across the street from the metro.
The room is very private, no other guests are in the house (I live upstairs). You will have a key and can come and go as you please. There is a long desk, fast intrnet, and a kettle in the room, plus some coffee, tea and sugar.
Two friendly cats will likely greet you upon your every entry :) But they stay our of your room.
All facilities are new, contemperary and comfortable. Welcome!

About the Area
House near the Modernista Hospital Sant Pau and Rambla Gaudi. A location very well connected with the metro station just steps away, bus stops across the street. You are one street away from Ramble Gaudi, a pretty pedestrian street with lots of cafes and restaurants and trees, that leads straight to the Sagrada Familia church.

Britt est très accueillante et dévouée
La chambre indépendante est très bien mais un peu bruyante.

we stayed at Britt's accomodation for four nights and it was just perfect for our plans,near th emetro L5 and a bus stop, a few cafeterias around and a few supermarkets,the room had all we needed. Some days when entering the house we were greeted by one of the two cats and we were super happy to interact with him. Britt was available anytime and quick with her answers by phone or through the app. The closeness to the sagrada familia made the way back home even more fun and enriching. Definetely recomend the place and the city!

Logement très bien situé, métro juste à côté, la Sagrada Familia est à 10 min de marche.
Un vrai plus!
Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin à l'intérieur, bouilloire, serviettes, savon, etc.
Le seul bémol était les lits, la literie n'est pas de bonne qualité et plusieurs fois les lattes du sommier tombaient.
Pour un court week-end c'est l'idéal, je prendrais à nouveau ce logement si je suis de passage à Barcelone.March 2025

Hébergement très bien situé (500 m de la Sagrada Familia), très propre, pratique et indépendant (salle de bain et WC réservés à la chambre)
Petit nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, très appréciable.
2 membres de sa famille étaient présents pour nous accueillir : ses 2 chats, très mignons et très gentils.
Merci pour ce bon séjour Si nous séjournons à nouveau à Barcelone, nous reviendrons

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
