My apartment is very close to Sants station, quite close to the center in front of the metro station and bus station.

It was so horrible and nightmare I can’t even express in words. The guy keep place so dirty and stinky it’s not possible to bare that odor for long time. It’s not possible to cook or use kitchen because it’s so bad and all instruments are completely rusted. I have never experienced such unpleasant experience ever.

Kiavash es una persona agradable y muy amable, siempre atento a todo y si te falta algo le puedes decir sin problema, calidad precio muy buena y hemos estado muy agusto.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui solamente 2 notti su 5. Nonostante io e il mio fidanzato siamo persone da basse pretese e ci accontentiamo di poco, non siamo riusciti a rimanere fino alla fine, dovendo spendere soldi altrove.
La camera era abbastanza pulita e dotata dell'essenziale, ma il letto era piccolo e scomodo, i piedi uscivano fuori, le lenzuola di nylon non traspiravano nulla.
Inoltre avevamo scelto questa sistemazione rispetto ad altre perché c'era scritto che aveva il bagno riservato per gli ospiti, ma all'arrivo abbiamo scoperto che era condiviso con l'host e con altre due camere, che al momento, fortunatamente, non erano occupate.
La cucina era sporca, piccolissima e piena di cose e non abbiamo nemmeno tentato di cucinare qualcosa.
Il caldo in camera era talmente insopportabile da non riuscire a dormire per niente (e io sono una che lo sopporta molto!).
Mi dispiace per l'host, non è una cattiva persona, ma non potevo non dare una recensione negativa.
Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso almeno per le notti non usufruite, anche parziale, ma non ci è stato concesso.
È stata una perdita di soldi, di tempo per poterci sistemare in un posto più consono e anche di ore di sonno... Certamente non l'ideale per una vacanza rigenerante.August 2023

If you’re looking for something cheap with an okay location, this is a good place. Not the best conditions but the host makes sure you have everything you need :) It gets a bit too hot in the room tho

Spacious and affordable room steps away from the Sants station. However, the mattress is debatable, and the rest of the apartment is not as tidy as in the pictures listed here. Still okay, but less pretty than it seems.

Un piso grande bien situado, ya que está cerca de la estación de Sants (metro, tren de cercanía y media y larga distancias). Está, sin embargo, descuidado en su conservación: necesita, como poco, una buena mano de pintura y una renovación de parte del mobiliario. Tiene cocina, pero no salón. En ella no hay donde sentarse, por lo que hay que comer de pie o en la habitación, y tiene una barbacoa con una bombona de butano a la vista (¡!). Además, junto a la entrada a dicha cocina hay una nevera que dificulta el acceso. En cuanto a la habitación, tiene lo suficiente (mesilla, armario, silla y mesa), pero le falta una cortina que evite la entrada de luz por la ventana que da al patio, que se cuela incluso de noche, procedente del rellano. Hay un buen candado y un pestillo en la puerta, pero este se maneja mal, ya que está roto. El mobiliario es de lo más tirado, aunque no está en mal estado, ni bueno tampoco, excepto la silla, que tiene el asiento desgastado y cede cuando te sientas, dando sensación de inseguridad. Encima del armario, hay colocados unos trastos viejos (una pantalla y un ventilador) que no deberían estar ahí. Dentro del armario encontramos un nórdico que nació blanco, pero ha crecido hacia el marrón. Es, en resumen, un piso que necesita una profunda reforma. Por ese precio o un poco más hay en Barcelona alojamientos bastante mejores.

Kiavash c'est une bonne personne qui nous a vraiment aidé, j'ai vraiment aimé la chambre propre et il y a du silence on avait pu dormir tranquillement, il y a des supermarchés juste à côté et l'arrêt du métro aussi, je reviendrai certainement.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
