My apartment is very close to Sants station, quite close to the center in front of the metro station and bus station.

Un petit coup de peinture sur certains endroits seraient bienvenus.
Un petit rideau noir pour la fenêtre de la chambre serait un plus.
Le prix est bas donc ça compense les petits problèmes.
Appartement proche du métro qui est nécessaire pour aller au centre ville de Barcelone.

The host cancelled the booking 16 days before the arrival date.

Our stay in Barcelona had everything we needed and very convenient location near the railway station, and with metro nearby. Kiavash was prompt and friendly and ready to help us if we had needed. Big city we expected noisy nights but it was really quiet. We were comfortable and appreciated having access to kitchen and doing laundry.

- Very near to means of puplic transport ( Bus and metro stations ).
- There are many restaurants, coffee shops and groceries around the building.

Bon séjour chez Kiavash. Qui a été très arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. L'appartement est bien situé. Petit bémol sur la cuisine devrait être nettoyée pour être utilisée.

Kiavash, as a host, was very professional and friendly. The room was good, with clean and freshly washed linens. Even though I checked in around midnight, there were no issues. The location of the house is very good; it's easy to reach from the airport by bus, and the sightseeing spots in Barcelona are also easily accessible via the nearby metro and buses. I definitely recommend this house and thank Kiavash for his excellent hosting.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
