Room located in the Navas neighborhood, two minutes from the metro station, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, a gym, and other shops in the surrounding streets. There is a bike station in front of the hotel, and bus stops are nearby. This room is two kilometers from the Sagrada Familia. This room has a fan. Breakfast is not provided. The bathroom is shared, and no rooms have a private bathroom. A small hairdryer is provided. The washing machine is not permitted. For short stays, a space in the refrigerator is provided. The kitchen can be used for quick cooking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Guests must take out their own trash, as trash removal service is not included. Upon departure, a check of the items and belongings in the room and house will be performed. In case of damage or deterioration, we will be forced to charge a penalty. It goes without saying that we must be clean, polite, and careful with the house that receives us.and not damage or impair any household belongings. On the day of departure, the guest must leave by 11:00 a.m. Payment is due upon arrival in cash.

Calm behavior, companions or pets are not accepted. You can smoke on the terrace, use the kitchen and use the washing machine on some occasions. You cannot knock on the neighbors' doors. Garbage must be removed from the rooms. If any damage is caused, it must be replaced or paid for.

Perfect stay with Wilmer – 5 stars out of 5!
Wilmer was an exceptional host from start to finish. He kindly waited for us even though we arrived very late – almost 3 a.m.
The room was very comfortable, the bed cozy, and the whole setting was peaceful and quiet – perfect for resting.
The apartment is ideally located: just a one-minute walk from the metro line to the city center, and only 10 to 15 minutes by Uber.
Wilmer is welcoming, respectful, warm, and super responsive to messages.
A big thank you for making our stay in Barcelona so pleasant and easy.

Sehr gute Lage, Nahe zur UBahn Station. Nette Gastgeber. Saubere Zimmer. Manchmal etwas laut (vor allem das Bad/ Toilette), was aber v.a. an der Bauart des Gebäudes liegt.

The host was very responsive and the house was pretty clean. However, the ventilation and WiFi connection are the things that made me give it 4 stars. The room was pretty warm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
