I'm a 64 years old, divorced woman working as a psychoanalyst. I have two daughters. The eldest lives in England since 2017 and the younger one has just started College, so she is at home only on the weekends.
The apartment is cosy and sunny, and it is located in a traditional, safe and really well communicated neighbourhood. It has a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.
You can get to the very centre of the city (pl. Catalunya) by subway in less than ten minutes,and get to Barcelona’s beach by bus in twenty minutes. The room is sunny, medium sized, and furnished: it has a desk, a closet and a single bed, all wooden. There is also a cleaning service included once a week.

About the Area
The apartment is located in a traditional, safe and really well communicated neighbourhood.
You can get to the very centre of the city (pl. Catalunya) by subway in less than ten minutes, and get to Barcelona’s beach by bus in twenty minutes. Both the subway station and the bus stop are less than 100 metres away from the house.
Close to the house you have nearly all the facilities that you might need. There is a market, several supermarkets, and different delis to choose from! There are also several restaurants and coffee shops.
There is a big beautiful public library with a read room with magazines and newspapers in the most common languages. Finally, the house is close to a big gym with a swimming pool offering a variety of sport clubs, and it is surrounded by nice parks to go for a walk.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
