Welcome to my beautiful house in the heart of Barcelona! I am delighted to offer you a private room inside of my 2 bedroom apartment. You will find everything you need for your short stay in the city ( wifi, washing machine, kitchen, clean sheets and towels, light breakfast ) and if not so I will be more than willing to meet your requests. You will share the apartment with me only.
Please observe a few simple rules when being hosted in my cosy little house:
- check-in from 2 pm and and check-out at 11.30 am max. Please note that
the exact time needs to be agreed after confirmation.
- late check-in after 11pm will be charged for an extra cost of 15 euros.
- no extra guests allowed
As for securing your booking, you are required to pay your staying upon confirmation via Paypal or any other bank methods. Hit me up for any inquiries you might have!

About the Area
Our place is just 15 Min away from Las Ramblas, 10 Min away from Montjuic and Eixample.The nearest metro stations are Parallel and Sant Antoni, which are both well connected in order to reach the most important parts of the city.

Gab was lovely. Super kind and considerate, help me guiding me throw the city. The room was big and comfortable, clean and with the essential gadget that I needed as a fan, a desk, some plugs but enough for my staying. Super happy to meet him. I would choose it again.

The flat is clean and has everything you need. The flat is in a great location too. Gabri was awesome! He was super helpful and friendly. Our stay was great! Definitely would recommend.

It was really nice to stay at Gabriele´s place; he is very friednly and helpful. The location is really authentic - small old streets, restaurants for domestic people and many small shops. Everythink is nearby - so you can walk to the old town or to the hill Montjuc with many nice parks. There are also many good connections as for example direct bus to the airport or to the beach and also two metro lines.

From the moment I arrived at my accommodation, I felt like I had come to visit friends. Room is clean and cute and guys are very friendly. There were always ready to assist with any queries or provide valuable advice on navigating the city and reaching various destinations. Thank you for making me feel like a welcomed guest!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
