Hello, we are Carlos and Josep! Welcome to our apartment in Barcelona! We will love that you are in our double guest room (11 m2) with exclusive bathroom (outside the room). You will be very well connected because we live 20 meters from the metro, 50 from several bus stops and 100 from a public bike station. You can use the kitchen and the living room. In the house there is fast wifi. The house is very cozy, with two kittens and lots of plants, natural wood furniture and lots of light. The room overlooks an interior patio and is quiet. One of us works from home. Less than 500 meters away you will find numerous cafes, parks, a library, gyms, a swimming pool, as well as different places to eat such as Goiko Grill, Dominos Pizza, Burger King and other more traditional (and probably better!). Our neighborhood, the Congrés i els Indians, is residential and quiet, but the Paseo Maragall where we live is a very dynamic commercial avenue.
Our apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator and although there are very few steps, it may not be suitable for you if you have reduced mobility.

The apartment is located 15 minutes by metro from Paseo de Gracia, in a quiet area with parks, gym, library and hospital. Excellently communicated with metro and bus. Public bike station 100 meters away

Stanza accogliente e finemente arredata inserita in un appartamento pulitissimo silenzioso e riservato che ci ha permesso di trascorrere un eccezionale soggiorno. Proprio sopra la stazione della metro Maragall. Il proprietario molto premuroso e attento ci ha consigliato riguardo la visita della città e preparato le colazioni comprese nel prezzo... consiglio a tutti!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
