Cozy double room in my apartment in the Montbau neighborhood, where my two doggos "Lady", "Lume" and I live in. It is just 1 minute walking from the L3 Montbau Metro stop:
- 15 min from the city center (Plaza Catalunya)
- 10 minutes from the emblematic Gràcia neighborhood
- 20 min by car from the Airport / 55 min by public transport
It has 2 double rooms (one is mine and the other yours) and a large loft-type common space with an open kitchen, table, sofa, and a beautiful balcony where you can relax.
Quiet area, with plenty of parks and very well connected to all Barcelona with Metro L3.

The area is very chill and relaxed, with plenty of parks and greenery. There are some supermarkets and traditional bars and restaurants around.

House Rules
There are some rules needed for Lady and Lume, my 2 sweet female dogs:
Lume is still young so she likes to bite everything she finds. Therefore:
-Close your bedroom door and keep all your belongings there to keep them safe (including shoes).
-Lock the main entrance door when leaving the flat, or they will open it and escape to adventure.
-Leave the balcony door open, so they can go outside and chill (except when it's super cold).
-Do not leave food in places they can reach.
- This one I do it myself, but just so you know: Set chairs on top of the sofa when leaving the flat (they like to scratch and tear the fabric when nobody is watching). When you are home, they are allowed on the sofa: you can take the chairs down and chill with the doggos (they love it!!)
-Be aware that you may find a messy livingroom because of Lume chewing stuff (destroying her toys, cardboard, branches, etc)
A part from that, they are lovely and love all people!

Our stay at Noemi’s was great! Noemi’s really chill and hospitable. Location was 30 mins away from the main sights that we went to which was really good and the apartment’s only 4 minutes away from the metro station and bus stop. We had the place to ourselves since Noemi had to go away for New years and we only got to see Lume and Lady for sadly only a day. They were so cute and friendly!! House was clean and had hangers. If I’m ever in Barcelona again I would definitely come back!

Noemi was really nice. She was away for the weekend but even when she is back, we were independant in her appartment. We were out every day and could not exchange a lot.

We had really great experience. Noe is a sweet person and super kind anddd her apartment is very pretty. Love the interrior so much! You'll feel like at home, very cozy and clean. Lady (her dog) is also very sweet <3 will def book her room again, if we plan to visit bcn next time! :D

Noemi and lady were very welcoming from the first time we got there. Didn't get there till 9:30 and she was understanding that we had been travelling all day. Noemi was very accepting of my partners disability and is really nice to talk too. Next time we are in Barcelona and if she is free we would love to stay with her again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
