Located near the city center of Barcelona, in a neighborhood called Gracia where lots of bars, good restaurants and great coffeshops are around, we offer a room with a single bed in our friendly and calm house. It is great comunicated since we are near the metro and since you are in Barcelona you can walk to any place.
Our co living space is based on friendship, respect, communication and dedication to take care of our shared home.
We speak english, spanish and french.

About the Area
Our house is located in one of the most alive neighborhoods in Barcelona and two blocks away of one of the most beautiful streets in the city called Passeig Sant Joan. We are near two metro lines which take you to the center in 15 minutes and you can walk to the sagrada familia , which is one of the most visited monuments here. Also, we have lots of markets and beautiful parks.

Antonia and her housemates were so helpful , generous and kind. I found a home in the studio and felt very relaxed and safe. They took time to get to know me and accommodate my needs. The apartment is attractive and in a good area, very handy for sights , transport or just hanging out in Gràcia . The space is fairly small and I heard the traffic although far below as I left the glass door open at night to allow more air. A real pleasure to stay , thanks

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
