This is a shared apartment.
I prefer not to have bookings for 2 guests longer than a week for this room as it is SMALL.
Also, do not book this room if it is NOT FOR YOURSELF; don't book it for your parents, friends, etc. This has led to issues in the past.
A SMALL room with a SMALL twin bed (140cm). It can sleep a couple if necessary, but if you are hoping for luxury remember this is a SIMPLE room in a CENTRAL, COOL area!
This is a 3 bed apt. This is a small simple room for one (maybe two persons). Wi-fi is fiber optic internet, new 42-inch plasma TV, dishwasher, and access via lift.
The bathroom is shared.
This area Mercat de Sant Anton is now probably the best area in BCN, now that the old market has been totally renovated.
The street has been pedestrianised as has the area around the market so it is really wonderful and almost car-free.
A great neighborhood to stay in as it is central but without problems of the usual touristy areas, there are lots of shops, restaurants, markets, and metro/ bus stops.
I am a photographer and have a small office in the apt, I have lived here for about 5 years. The apartment offers a great view of Montjuic Castle.
The apartment is located in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood, between Gran Via, Ronda de Sant Antoni, Ronda de San Pau, and Paral-lel Avenue, great location, central and quiet. Public transportation to everywhere in Barcelona.
It is really close to the historical landmarks of Barcelona, also known as Ciutat Vella, and other interesting areas of Barcelona, such as Plaza España, Raval, Poble Sec, Eixample Dret, and Eixample Esquerre. Great location for business trips and vacations.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
