It's an 85m2, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. The guest bedroom has a double bed (135x190 cm) The room is big and bright, yet cosy and has a private bathroom. Double bed (135x190 cm)The flat has a separate laundry and study, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room and a small, sunny balcony. This is to share with just one other person, me. I am an Australian woman who has made Barcelona her home and work mostly outside of home. I speak both English and Spanish. The flat is in a great location. It's a 15 minute walk to both the city centre and beach, and a few minutes walk to 2 different parks and supermarkets. The area is quiet yet very convenient. It is well-connected to many types of public transport; metro, train, tram and buses.

About the Area
My area is safe and quiet yet close to the beach, city centre, many other great neighbourhoods, shops, and many modes of transport are a few minutes walk. There's the T4 tram, L1 metro line, Renfe train station Arc de Triomf, Estació del Nord bus station and many bus lines. The L4 and L2 metro lines are a 10 minute walk away.

Lysa was a very great hostess!
She is a very warm and attentive person. It was a very pleasant stay and the room as well as the separate bathroom were perfect for 2 people. The rooms were very clean and Lysa was always there for us to talk to if we had any questions.
The accommodation is also in a great location of Barcelona.April 2024

domicile. Immeuble dans un secteur calme et résidentiel, tout près d'un supermarché et d'un parking payant. On peut accéder à pieds à la plupart des lieux touristiques, sinon, métro à 10mn rayonnant dans toute la ville. Appartement d'une propreté irréprochable. Chambre spacieuse avec rangements, bonne literie. Salle de bains privative superbe.
Accès à une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Lysa is the nicest host with an open mind and a proactive care for her guests; As well as a very comfortable room with private bathroom. Also conveniently located, near cultural landmarks, a great park, various supermarkets and restaurants/cafes around.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
