Our Home:
We live in a lovely apartment close to the Sagrada Familia, offering a true Barcelona experience. The cool part? We have a beautiful rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the entire city! It's the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine.
About Us:
We are a group of four respectful and easygoing people from different nationalities. This means you'll get a taste of a truly international household!
We also have a little Cavalier King dog who is full of happiness and loves to meet new people.
Languages Spoken:
We can converse in English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and French, so communication won't be a barrier. And if words fail us for a moment, don't worry – we're all happy to communicate with gestures too! :)

Living Together:
Respectful Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise, especially after 11 PM. This ensures a peaceful environment for everyone.
Keeping Shared Spaces Tidy: Let's all do our part to keep common areas clean! Please put things back where you found them and help maintain a comfortable space for everyone.
No Large Gatherings: This house is intended for residents only. Please refrain from hosting large parties.
Booking and Cancellation:
Reservation Deposit: To secure your booking, a 25% deposit of the total rent is required upfront via bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted with a full refund if received at least 7 days before your arrival date.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in: Between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
Check-out: Please vacate the house by 11:30 AM on your departure date.
Early/Late Check-in/out: Early arrival or late departure may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire in advance to confirm any exceptions.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Luca. La chambre est grande, bien équipée en espaces de rangement avec un bureau, aérée et disposant d’une grande baie vitrée donnant sur un petit balcon privé, le lit est de bonne qualité. La cuisine partagée est équipée de lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur, placard, airfryer.
Luca nous a très bien accueilli, est discret et s'occupe bien de son logement. A proximité d’un supermarché (5min a pied), de restaurants à environ 10 min à pied, idem pour le bus et le métro. Je recommande pour des courts et longs séjours.June 2025

Super séjour à Barcelone même si le temps n'était pas top, l'appartement est très bien situé par rapport au métro et la sagrada familia. on avait opté pour la chambre avec la salle de bain privée, très bien, un petit chez nous le temps de notre séjour. Luca est un hôte discret mais réactif. je recommande fortement.

Luca provided a great stay! He’s helpful, friendly and allows you your privacy. The room was a good size with plenty of storage. I will be back again!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
