About the Area
Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and very well connected. The metro is just 200 meters from the apartment and there are also multiple bus lines.
The neighborhood has several supermarkets and bars and is very quiet. It has a beautiful Rambla (Rambla Guipúzcoa), it is a very charming area of the city to walk and relax. There are 2 metro stops nearby: SANT MARTI (L2) which leads directly to the center, Sagrada Familia, and LA PAU (L4) which leads to beaches and Poblenou.
It is very close to Poblenou, which is the most "new and modern" part of Barcelona, where the beaches are, where you will find quality nightlife, many good restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs.
It is also very close to the Sagrada Familia Basilica (only 4 stops), built by Antoni Gaudí, an incredibly talented and innovative Catalan architect.
The center is only 15 min. by metro, where the most commercial area of Barcelona is located with shops for all tastes, even the most luxurious, on Paseo de Gracia you can see the Casa Batllo and Casa Mila or Pedrera buildings, also built by Gaudí, a walk through "Las Ramblas" and also the Gothic Quarter, which is the oldest, with its beautiful narrow streets to walk and enjoy.
Like any seaside city, life takes place around the beach and not so much in the city center, where it is advisable to go during the day but not so much at night.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
