Nice family in Sarria

Cristina and her family were very friendly and open. She gave us access to the kitchen, the living room and outside pool. We had a room with a double bed and direct access to our own bathroom. It's only 3 stars for us because there was a lot of construction work while we were there and this was not communicated in any way. We also had no running hot water due to the construction work. The construction workers started around 8 am and made a lot of noises so we couldnt sleep anymore.

Besides all the negative points, we had a great vacation in Barcelona itself so we recommend a good communication between the house owners and yourself. As soon as the construction work is over, we definitely would recommend staying at her house.

I recently had the most amazing stay at this homestay, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The family welcomed me with open arms, making me feel right at home. Their warmth and hospitality were truly exceptional.

A special mention must go to Bola, the family's adorable dog.

Nuestra experiencia quedándonos con Cristina y su familia fue excelente. Muy amables, simpáticos y dispuestos a ayudar o solventar cualquier duda que pudiéramos tener.
Nos sentimos muy a gusto en su hogar y definitivamente volveremos.
Su casa es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, la habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda al igual que el baño.
La cocina es espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario en caso de que requieras usarla, en nuestro caso para desayunos y algunos almuerzos.
Tiene una parada de bus justo al frente que te conecta con el centro de la ciudad y la zona es muy tranquila y segura.
¡Super recomendados si vienen a Barcelona!

We really enjoyed our 1 week-stay at the accommodation. We had a room with a double bed, a desk, and a spacious wardrobe. Adjacent to the room was a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Cristina's house is located in a quiet residential area. There are different bus stations nearby. It takes about 30 minutes to the center of Barcelona. With a taxi it takes 20 minutes to the airport. We always felt very comfortable and undisturbed. Although we only met Cristina once, she always responded very quickly whenever we had a question. A small technical problem in the bathroom was professionally resolved on the same day. Everything is tastefully decorated. We could have used the kitchen at any time. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation.

Cristina and her family are so welcoming, interesting, trusting, and helpful! Their home is in a very safe neighborhood and very close to the bus or a few min walk from the metro. The house is clean, beautiful and true to the photos. Art books, modern and antique decor and all! They have an additional home in the mountains, so we mostly had run of the house! If you plan on going in September or August, be warned, Barcelona is HOT . Downstairs was okay with two fans, but every moment was a fight against the heat everywhere we went. The lack of AC and screens was rough for this time of year, and the pool was a bit disappointing/green -they said it was safe, but not to our liking. I would still happily stay again another time, truly amazing experience in BCN and Cristina's home! Much love to you and yours Cristina!
