Cosy Room in a lovely attic apartment right in the heart of Barcelona. Very sunny and well decorated.
Very close Ramblas, Plaça Cataluña and Universitat, Sant Antoni. 25 minutes walk to the beach Barceloneta.
Raval is a very trendy neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, bars an clubs. Very near to Macba an CCCB. Lots of art galleries and very walkable to go anywhere. Very close to Gothic quarter.
Internet and wifi facilities.

Always make sure you lock the door when leaving.

You have to provide us with a copy of your passport, driving license or ID.
-If you lose the keys, we will charge the new copy out of the deposit
-If you break something in the flat we will keep the deposit.
-After using the kitchen, do not forget to clean what you have used.
-Always use coaster in the two tables in the house

The place was small, but cozy, had everything you need. Shower was nice, but he only provided me with one towel for my 3 days there (not that I asked for another one lol). The bed is comfy and more on the hard side, which I like. Has a decent shelving unit for your stuff. The bedroom is next to the bathroom, which is nice. Only bear in mind the apartment is on a higher floor and there are no elevators, so its a good workout, but not the end of the world. Da was very friendly and good company.

This room is in a fantastic area, and walking distance to almost every major attraction. David was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this room to any one looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

David was an amazing host. What a great guy. He is super nice and friendly and always willing to help out. David is laid back, chill and it was very comfortable to stay with him.
The location of his place is awesome. There are so many tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation options nearby. The area itself was adorable. We were constantly wandering around the streets. A bus straight to and from the airport (terminal 1 and terminal 2) takes off like 3 minutes away from David's apartment. The beach, Gothic area, center etc - everything is walking distance.
David's apartment is on a really narrow old-fashioned street. His place and the quest room are small, but that is to be expected in the majority of European old buildings. When we got there, he provided a map with all the key locations highlighted and gave us directions on how to get there. He had also prepared us the bed and fresh towels. David's place was clean and stayed clean until the end of our stay.
In conclusion, if you want to stay in the center of where things happen in Barcelona and want to meet a cool Spanish guy - you should stay with David!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
