Hello!
I have three large bedrooms and a single room with a complete bathroom dhared only betwen guests, and wifi. The apartment is a tipical ancient flat ,in the heart of Barcelona, in the Gothic Quarter in a pedestrian street, close to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, the Cathedral and a few minutes from the beaches of Barcelona, very well connected with all the amenities and all you need.
Rooms with balcony, wardrobe, king size bed and possibility of 2 or 3 single beds in each room. Towels, bed linen , beach towels and hairdrier available. Breakfast is included. Use the kitchen to cook is NOT PERMITTED. guests can use the microwave and keep food in the fridge and use the kitchen to eat. It's not allowed to eat and keep food in the bedrooms.
I'm an italian painter living in an independent part of the house and speaking Spanish, Italian, English and French.
* It is important that you download WhatsApp to have better communication after the booking is confirmed since I use it to send you all details about the property.
My home provides a relaxed and original atmosphere, but above all a smiling and Mediterranean welcome! I will help you to book touristic entrances and suggest restaurants, rent a bike and all you need to enjoy Barcelona

Remember that "homesharing" is not rent all the house or go to a cheaper hotel, it's a good way to live the town from inside and share little moments.
Cancellation of the bookings starting from 7 days before the date of arrival will result in a 50% charge, the day before 100% charge

Respect the other guest's resting time.
Eating and keep food in the bedrooms is not permitted, guests can eat in the kitchen and also keep food there. Guests can use microwave, Nespresso, cuttle and all is necessary to eat (plates, glass...), it's possible to warm food. Switch off lights and fun when guests are not at home.
Respect the cleaning of the bathroom.

Stefania est une hôte particulièrement accueillante, gentille, pleine de bons conseils. La chambre était charmante (comme le reste d’ailleurs) et parfaite pour une famille de 3! L’appartement très bien situé. Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendront loger chez Stefania si nous retournons à Barcelone. Merci pour tout! Et une caresse à Bruno et Clara

This was my first ever solo travel holiday & I had the best time. Stefania was lovely & gave me advice on places to go / helped me understand transport. Her home was lovely & I had no issues at all. She prepared lovely food for breakfast & her 2 dogs are so cute! Very hospitable & friendly, I’d definitely recommend her homestay

Stefania est très accueillante et nous met facilement à l'aise. Elle nous donne plein de bons endroits où aller.
Clara et Bruno, les deux petits Chihuahuas, sont également très gentils et adorables.
L'appartement atypique et charmant est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Barcelone. Il est proche de la plage, du port, des lieux de visite. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente.Les personnes qu’elle accueillent sont aussi très intéressants.

Stefania was the perfect host! She made me feel so welcome! Her house is also the perfect location in Barcelona, very easy to get to. She has a beautiful home with two adorable little dogs! The room was large, I had a small terrace and she was very helpful whenever I needed something be it water/ coffee/ laundry. Thank you stefania! I hope to see you again!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
